Snes9x Tool v1.0 by: The_Fake_God

IMPORTANT: The compression/decompression functions WONT work if the
gzip program isnt in the same directory of the program.

<Whats Snes9x Tool>
Well, thats quite a name for a tiny utility thats more like a
frontend for a real zip program (which I didnt develop). The
features are:

- Snes9x Savestates Compressor
- Snes9x Savestates Decompressor
- UGE Modules Converter
- I may add more stuff later :P

<UGE Module Converter>
In order to make Save State Editors you need to find offsets. Most
people use Hex editors like Hexworkshop to perfom that operation.
Instead I recommend you to grab a copy og the Universal Game Editor
(UGE) which is a great tool for savestate editing. This program saves
its data into modules that have offsets. You know that the format
of Zsnes and Snes9x savetstates formats are completely different but
theres a "Conversion Factor" between both of them. What I mean is that
if you have found 900 offsets in a Zsnes save state and you dont want
to find again each and every offset of the same game (but in a Snes9x)
then you must find at least one offset in your decompressed Snes9x
Savestate and substract to it its Zsnes equivalent. For instance:

The hp of a character is stored in offset #4567 in a Zsnes SS.
The hp of a character is stored in offset #7890 in a Snes9x SS.

   7890
 - 4567
 -------
   3323

So the conversion factor is 3323. It doesnt matter if your conversion
factor is a negative.

<Snes9x Decompression>
Simple, just select a file and decompress it.

<Snes9x Recompression>
Just select a sds file and compress it.

Thanks to everyone at the Zophars ROMhacking board. Special thanks to
Gil-Ghalad. Sorry for using the original Snes9x icon, I liked it very
much :P If you liked this program and think that it needs more features
